Hello, since a few years i am active in the EuropeanCavieClub. We have a new committee now and we are filled with all kind of plans.

About me, my parents founded me in August 5th, 1963, i live together with my boyfriend and son Michael, both also became in touch with the guinea pig virus.
A long time ago, i was 6 year, i get my first guinea pig, i called him "Beertje" what is the same as "little boar", he was colored gold agouti, that is also my favorite race now.

Four years ago the guinea pig virus started again, slowly i start breeding with the US-teddies but because i have some satin-guinea's i quit doing that. The US-teddy boar is castrated now and live together with his daughter and two formal lady girlfriend or better ex wives.

Later on i start breeding with the long haired races, the only problem was time for grooming.

At a big competition with all kind of small animals i saw a short haired in the color solid-gold agouti and it was love at first sight. Luckily a friend of my had one with her for sale.
The only problem i had, there was no breeder to find who has nice and beautiful animals and were no family from the sow i already had.

After a search on the internet and mailed some other breeders in Germany i find one in Switzerland.
So in June that year we were planning to go there and we picked three sow's on the border Germany/Switzerland at the Bodensee.
One was maybe  pregnant at that moment and everything goes well during her pregnancy, she gave me a few babies and the litter includes also 1 Solid-goldagouti US-teddy boar, that was my next step to have solid-goldagouti US teddies.
Now i am working to get solid-goldagouti in Rex.
I have around 40 guinea pigs now which are unique one by one.

For my living i worked in a seamenscentre in the port of Rotterdam. Usual behind the bar but sometimes i have the luck that i can drive the bus to pick up people from the ships.
I stop working in the Seamenscentre in July 2007.
  
Now i am driving a touringcar mostly in the Rotterdam area.

I have a lot of hobbies but the important one are the guinea pigs. Beside that i create jewelry with beads, love to built websites and making other creative things.
