My name is Jo, built in 1979 and together with Ben i live in an old house.
We are completely renovating the house and try to get the formal 30's get back into the style.
I started the first with guinea pigs when we moved to this house, my first one was Tigra a 3 colored short hair. Tigra have 2 litters.

Beside the guinea pigs we have a lot of other animals, small parrots, 2 hamsters, 2 rabbits.

After i get my internet connection i explore the guinea pig breeders world in The Netherlands. At that time i started to breed shelties, in red/white and black/white. After a while black was turned to become more favourite, only good black is hard to breed well.
At this moment there live 15 guinea pigs in here.

Now Guinea pig stall "het sheltiehuisje" was born.

I have worked for 6 years as baby nurse an my medical background sure helped me to survive medical problems with the guinea pig's and babies.
A lot of problems are equal at human baby problems.

At this moment i do my job as shop-advisor in a T-mobile phone shop in Gorinchem.
