My name is Sandra, 28 years old and i was born or found ..... in Spijkenisse.

At my parent's home i have 2 guinea pigs, both Abyssinians, caroline and Dotje, what's in a name? I was a little kid and the pets where nice when you just have them, after a while they just sit there and my mom cleaned their cage every week. Caroline needs to be operated and it failed, she won't eat and died. Dotje also died not long after Caroline was died, through loneliness. End of cavy-history.

Two years ago i was not feeling well, and my doctor advised me to get a hobby, something that cost me time and energy, I want a pet, but what kind? A dog? No that was no option, because i was away too much. A cat, no thanks. After i see some pictures from my childhood, i know what kind of pet i wanted, a guinea pig, and then we started again. In the meantime i have 6 sweet guinea pigs in my house and maybe 

soon one more. . . . .

since januar,1'st i am also a member of the ECC-team, i hope to learn a lot and to have a lot of fun...
